FAVOURITE KIND OF TRAINING:
I really enjoy game simulated running drills - with a football involved. It’s always easier to push yourself when you can be competitive rather than simply running around a track. I’m from the gold coast, so I also enjoy getting to the beach and into the surf. The change of environment is great.
